Refund Policy

Due to all items being custom made and made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact us at info@threadstudioembroidery.com. If you have any problems with your order, we'd be more than happy to see what we can do to make sure you are a satisfied customer. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to make any wrongs- right!
